Mr. Hatoyama and Mr. Okada, minister of foreign affairs, are both pro-China and anti-US Mr. Hatoyama sometimes speaks like President Chavez of Venezuela. Mr. Okada s family has big business stake in China. Mr. Hatoyama and Mr. Okada are going to discard the cause of freedom and democracy; even though Chinese imperialism is the most dangerous element in East Asia.     ….i dont understand what all the fuss is about….
    does japan WANT bad relations with neighbouring nations to continue?
    Having good foresight is something a nation’s leaders must have for the country to prosper…
    Obviously it’s good to maintain strong ties with US, but it’s also pretty obvious to begin new ties with future powers.
    NOTHING stays the same, having the ability to adapt is what keeps a individual/company/nation on top.
